Responsibilities:
Interaction Design:
- Lead the overall interaction design for the cryptocurrency trading platform ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience
- Analyze user needs and industry trends translating them into efficient design solutions
- Establish and maintain design guidelines to ensure consistency and brand alignment across all platforms
Project Management:
- Independently manage the entire design lifecycle from concept to implementation ensuring timely and highquality project delivery
- Develop project plans assign tasks coordinate crossfunctional resources and track project progress to meet deadlines
CrossDepartment Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with product development and marketing teams to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of design solutions
- Participate in product strategy discussions providing actionable design recommendations to drive product innovation
User Research:
- Conduct user research analyze behavioral data and gain insights into user needs to optimize product experience
- Continuously refine design solutions based on user feedback and market trends
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in interaction design with at least 3 years in team and project management
- Experience in cryptocurrency exchanges or the fintech industry with a deep understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Figma and Adobe XD with a solid foundation in design theory.
- Strong project management skills capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment
- Datadriven mindset using analytics to inform design decisions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and project requirements.
- Innovative thinker capable of presenting forwardthinking and creative design solutions
- Bachelors degree or higher in Design Computer Science Psychology or a related field is preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in UX and UI design
- Experience participating in opensource projects or community initiatives
- Bilingual in English and Chinese will be highly advantageous
