Your mission is clear: empower private customers in the Dutch market by providing expert guidance on batteries including the Homevolt battery and other tailored solutions that fit Tibbers customers perfectly. You will play a key role in the sales journey ensuring excellent service and delivering energy solutions smoothly.

Engage & Convert: Proactively reach out to new and returning customers via email and phone focusing on existing leads.
Product Expertise: Present Homevolt products confidently clearly showcasing their benefits.
Customer Guidance: Lead customers through the sales process ensuring a smooth and highquality experience.
Specialized Support: Provide specialized customer service for battery products postsale ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Event Promotion: Promote our battery solutions at events and other leadgenerating activities expanding brand awareness.
Team Contribution: Support Tibbers growth and actively collaborate with your sales team.
Continuous Improvement: Always look for ways to refine the sales process and better meet customer needs.
Proven Track Record in Solar and Battery Sales: You have successfully sold solar battery or similar solutions especially in B2C settings.
Ability to Explain Complex Products: You can articulate technical details in a simple way that highlights the benefits of energy solutions.
QuickThinking & Adaptable: You adapt quickly to different customer needs and situations.
ResultsDriven: You focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong Communication Skills in Dutch and English: You are fluent in Dutch and English ensuring clear communication with customers.
