RN Supervisor

An expanding Chemical Dependency Inpatient facility located in Brooklyn NY 11212 is seeking to hire a RN Supervisor. The Registered Nurse coordinates provision of nursing services that reflect the nursing philosophy and standards according to the companies policies and procedures.

Schedule:

• Overnight and Day shifts available!
  

Duties include:

• Assists staff to identify patient problems and effectively utilize other members of the health team to solve them.
  
• Identifies learning needs of staff.
  
• Assesses the changing needs of the patients during the shift and adjusts in assignments as appropriate.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse registration with the New York State.
  
• A minimum of two years experience in nursing.
  
• Experience in substance abuse and/or mental health fields preferred.
  
• Supervisory experience a must
