Job Description
- Department: Cardiovascular Unit
- Shift Timings : 07:00 19:00 Hours Monday to friday. (3 Days/12 Hours)
- Per Week:36 Hours
- CVICU trained RN with experience required in CVVH/Nxstage machine and Impellas. Must be proficient in SwanGanz catheters and care of postoperative patients.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
