Job Description

Are you a dedicated Special Education Teacher passionate about working with elementary school students Join a company that values your skills and experience! Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking fulltime Special Education Teachers to work with schoolaged students in the elementary school resource room setting.

The Special Education Teacher will be responsible for effectively collaborating with the student s academic support team to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for each student on the caseload. The Special Education Teacher will monitor student goals and prepare quarterly progress reports.

In this role youll:

Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each students needs.
Create a supportive and structured classroom environment.
Conduct assessments to determine students educational needs and progress.
Work closely with general education teachers specialists and families to support students learning.
Modify curriculum and instruction methods to accommodate students varying needs.
Maintain accurate records of students progress and IEP goals.
Provide emotional and social support to students promoting a positive learning experience.

Requirements

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Special Education or a related field.

Valid Illinois teaching certification in Special Education.

Prior experience working with children with special needs is preferred.

Strong communication organizational and collaboration skills.
