Job Description

Seeking Illinois LBS1 Specialist Early Childhood Setting!

As a Special Education Teacher you will work collaboratively with families paraprofessionals therapists and fellow educators to cultivate a structured and supportive learning environment that promotes student independence and development. By continuously evaluating progress contributing to IEP meetings and refining instructional approaches you will ensure every child is on track to achieve their goals. Your classroom will serve as a safe and nurturing space where young learners with disabilities can thrive with a strong emphasis on fostering positive behavior and effective classroom management.

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is looking for a dedicated and skilled Special Education Teacher to support early childhood students aged 3 5 in an inclusive and engaging classroom setting. In this role you will craft and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each child s specific developmental and learning needs. Through the use of playbased strategies and ageappropriate practices you will encourage growth in social emotional cognitive and physical areas. This includes delivering both individualized and group instruction designed to meet students unique strengths and challenges.

Requirements

Possession of a valid Illinois teaching certification in Early Childhood Special Education.
A Bachelor s degree in Special Education or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
Strong expertise in early childhood development and behavior management techniques.
