Job Description
Open Position: Manager IC Design (MNC Semiconductor Company)
An MNC Semiconductor company is looking for Manager IC Design to lead the IC design team and be based in the Penang office.
Key responsibilities include:
- More than 10 years in IC design experience with more than 3 years people management experience
- Lead a team of designers from design architecture understanding to implementation to tape out
- Lead the development and design of IC Design primarily in analogue mixed signal including verification and etc
- Provide guidance and coaching to direct reports
- Experience in coming up with trade secrets and patents
- A team player with good communication skills
