- Coordinating and executing awareness camps training sessions and group discussions for the Tree Plantation Program.
- Conducting field surveys soil sampling and geotagging ensuring comprehensive data collection aligned with program objectives.
- Overseeing the entire tree planting process including supervision of planting aftercare and coordination of necessary resources for effective implementation.
- Preparing detailed reports summarizing program activities outcomes and challenges encountered.
- Assisting State teams in farmer contact mobilization efforts and community engagement.
- Demonstrating proficiency in handling TOFrelated machinery and products.
- Undertaking any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the State Coordinator to contribute to the programs overall success.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in community-level field operations, farmer training, and data collection. An experienced person who can work closely with farmers, organizing village/block level meetings, training, and other Trees Outside Forests (TOF) related activities. Education: +2/ Graduate in a science subject (preferably biological sciences), Diploma in Agriculture and allied sciences. Others: Knowledge of basic computer applications and a valid Two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
