Job Type: Fulltime
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced MidLevel Project Manager to join our innovative software development team. As a project manager you will be responsible for leading various projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and meet highquality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills a deep understanding of software development processes and the ability to navigate complex project landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan initiate and manage software development projects act as a liaison between technical and nontechnical departments.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress while effectively managing changes in project scope schedule and costs.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless of projects.
Ensure resource availability and allocation and manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; report and escalate issues as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications:
Proven working experience (24 years) as a project manager in the software industry.
Strong knowledge of both agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.
Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile/Scrum.
Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g. JIRA).
