Automotive Engineer
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive engineering and be passionate about designing developing and improving vehicles and their systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and test automotive components and systems including engines transmissions and suspension systems.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including design production and testing departments to ensure product specifications meet safety performance and cost requirements.
- Conduct simulations and prototype evaluations to test designs under realworld conditions.
- Analyze data from tests to identify any issues and suggest improvements to enhance the performance efficiency and safety of automotive systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices in the automotive field.
- Support the production process by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in automotive technology and incorporate them into product designs where applicable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Automotive Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in automotive design testing and development.
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks CATIA) and other engineering tools.
- Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics powertrain systems and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with electric vehicle (EV) technology and autonomous driving systems.
- Knowledge of simulation software for vehicle performance analysis.
- Handson experience with prototyping and vehicle testing.
