Production support Java consultant.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Sunnyvale CA or Austin TX or be willing to relocate to the area.
• BS or MS Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years production support experience.
• Must have very good analytical skill to identify root cause
• Must have problem solving ability to unblock the users ASAP
• Understanding of Java (preferrable Full Stack) and Spring boot and capability to debug and find the root cause
• Mindset to automate the processes to reduce effort in production monitoring or issue resolving

Responsibilities include:

• Support different NPI applications running in Production
• Collaborate with different business users and support/ unblock then to run the continuous business flow
• Identify the root cause of different bottlenecks and issues happening in Live environments
• Proactive monitoring and ensuring the performance quality and responsiveness of applications
• Able to do small fixes/ hot fixes to deploy that maintain business continuity
• Able to write utilities to upload data or to automate different support processes.
