Job Description

We is seeking an Entrylevel Remote Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing them with exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction while working remotely in a fastpaced environment. Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries via phone email and chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding WES services and products.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling customer interactions.

Requirements :

  • No prior experience required; however a background in customer service is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficient with basic computer applications and technology.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
