الوصف الوظيفي
Production support Java consultant.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Sunnyvale CA or Austin TX or be willing to relocate to the area.
- BS or MS Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Software Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 6 years production support experience.
- Must have very good analytical skill to identify root cause
- Must have problem solving ability to unblock the users ASAP
- Understanding of Java (preferrable Full Stack) and Spring boot and capability to debug and find the root cause
- Mindset to automate the processes to reduce effort in production monitoring or issue resolving
Responsibilities include:
- Support different NPI applications running in Production
- Collaborate with different business users and support/ unblock then to run the continuous business flow
- Identify the root cause of different bottlenecks and issues happening in Live environments
- Proactive monitoring and ensuring the performance quality and responsiveness of applications
- Able to do small fixes/ hot fixes to deploy that maintain business continuity
- Able to write utilities to upload data or to automate different support processes.
