As we continue to expand we are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Enablement Coordinator to join our team and support our Chief Revenue Officer in achieving ambitious sales goals.

Position Overview:
The Sales Coordinator is an entrylevel role designed for a proactive individual eager to learn and grow in sales and revenue operations. You will be at the core of our sales operations working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to manage leads support outbound sales efforts and enhance our overall sales effectiveness. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain handson experience across a variety of sales functions making it an ideal starting point for a career in sales enablement or inside sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Utilize HubSpot to manage and nurture inbound and outbound leads ensuring they progress smoothly through the sales pipeline. Assist in developing and refining lead conversion processes.
  • Inside Sales Operations: Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer to align inside sales strategies handle prospecting followups and relationshipbuilding activities to expand the sales pipeline.
  • Proactive Sales Outreach: Engage with potential clients through personalized outreach building meaningful connections that focus on understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions that demonstrate our value.
  • Sales Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and report on sales performance indicators (KPIs) track sales pipeline metrics and generate reports to drive datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends competitors and target industries to inform inside sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • IndustrySpecific Events: Attend and represent the company at industryspecific events networking opportunities and conferences to build relationships with potential clients and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Client Engagement: Help build and maintain strong client relationships by representing the company at industry events online webinars and networking opportunities.
  • Sales Content Support: Assist in creating sales materials such as presentations sales decks and email templates that align with client needs and drive conversions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong interest in sales enablement inside sales and business development.
  • Works well in an entrepreneurial environment demonstrating flexibility initiative and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced sales environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid work environment with 2 days a week in the Milwaukee WI office to support collaboration and productivity.
