Product Manager

Job Title: Product Manager (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Develop and articulate the product vision and strategy aligning with overall business goals and market opportunities.
• Create and manage the product roadmap prioritizing features and improvements based on customer feedback market research and business objectives.
• Work closely with engineering design marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
• Conduct market research gather and analyze customer feedback and identify user needs to drive product decisions and enhancements.
• Write clear and detailed product requirements user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
• Plan and execute product launches working with marketing and sales teams to create gotomarket strategies and support successful product adoption.
• Monitor product performance metrics analyze user data and iterate on product features to drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate product updates progress and key decisions to stakeholders ensuring alignment and transparency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience in product management with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
• Strong understanding of product development processes from ideation to launch. Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
• Deep understanding of customer needs and experience with usercentered design principles.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
• Required Security clearance.
