Description
We are seeking an experienced Ads Manager to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing executing and optimizing online advertising campaigns across various platforms including Meta Ads and Google Ads. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital advertising trends and consumer behavior. The Ads Manager will work closely with clients to achieve their marketing goals and increase their online presence ensuring the highest ROI on advertising spend.
Responsibilities
- Design implement and manage effective ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad content that resonates with target audiences.
- Monitor and manage advertising budgets to ensure optimal spend allocation.
- Regularly report on campaign performance to stakeholders providing recommendations for enhancements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads to optimize messaging and targeting strategies.
Requirements
- Advanced level in English communication
- Proven experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- A certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads is highly desirable.
- Detailoriented and resultdriven with a passion for digital marketing.
Preferred
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
- Spanish or Portuguese Language
- Knowledge in other Ad platforms
