Job Title: Knowledge Transfer Specialist
Location: San Francisco CA (Onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement knowledge transfer programs and initiatives to support organizational learning and development.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture and document critical knowledge processes and best practices.
- Develop training materials including manuals elearning modules and presentations to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
- Conduct workshops training sessions and oneonone coaching to support knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge transfer programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Create and maintain a centralized knowledge repository ensuring content is uptodate and easily accessible.
- Work with stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted solutions to address them.
- Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Education Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in knowledge management training or a related field.
- Strong understanding of knowledge transfer methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency with knowledge management systems and tools such as e.g. SharePoint Confluence or other relevant platforms.
- Experience in developing training materials and delivering training sessions.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate and improve knowledge transfer processes.
