Database Development

Job Title: Database Development (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain database schemas tables views and indexes.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries stored procedures and functions.
• Ensure data integrity consistency and security across databases.
• Collaborate with developers analysts and other stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements.
• Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Implement and manage database backup and recovery procedures.
• Stay uptodate with emerging database technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Database Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management systems such as MySQL PostgreSQL Oracle or SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of database design principles and data modeling.
• Experience with performance tuning indexing and query optimization.
• Experience in database security practices and data protection regulations.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB Cassandra).
• Knowledge of cloudbased database solutions (e.g. AWS RDS Azure SQL).
• Experience in ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with database migration and integration tools.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
• Required Security clearance.
