Job Description
Job Title: Research and Development (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Research and explore new technologies methodologies and tools to drive innovation in software development.
- Architect develop and optimize software prototypes and applications for experimental and production use.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including data scientists engineers and product managers to integrate new technologies and solutions.
- Conduct experiments to validate and refine new software concepts ensuring they meet performance and scalability requirements.
- Evaluate and analyze software performance identify bottlenecks and implement enhancements.
- Create detailed documentation for new technologies and solutions including design specs code comments and user guides.
- Keep abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices to inform your work and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in software development with a focus on research and development or experimental software.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python C Java or similar. Experience with software development frameworks tools and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of algorithms data structures and software engineering principles.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
