On behalf of our client who is in the building equipment space we are looking for Service Engineer with the following details :
Description
- To lead a team of technicians to maintain a portfolio of equipment in servicing repair modifications and callback.
- Customers point of contact in terms of feedback or request pertaining to equipment resolving issues reports etc to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor equipment performance and handle problematic lifts & escalators to achieve targets as well as continual improvement
- Plan Implement Monitor & Control the progress of chargeable nonchargeable works monthly servicing schedules and callback roster
- Provide leadership technical guidance and support to subordinates.
- Obtain required materials/resources for works as required
- Prepare and conduct training for maintenance field staff with monitoring to ensure MIP/Best Practices are properly implemented
- Complete office administrative works as required.
- To communicate with interdepartment staff for solutions & resolve issues
- Report and assist Service Operations Manager on operations.

Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanic/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering
- With at least 23 years of experience in a supervisory /team lead role
- To be 24/7 operationally ready to attend to issues (rostered)
