Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced RF Design Engineer with 25 years of relevant expertise to join our RFT Group. The ideal candidate should have handson experience in RF circuit design and power amplifier design especially in the microwave domain. The position will focus on designing critical components for XBand High Datarate Transmitter modules.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Power Amplifier (PA) Design:
Design and develop Power Amplifiers (PA) for XBand High Datarate Transmitter modules.
Ensure that the PA meets the performance reliability and efficiency standards.
2. RF FrontEnd and BaseBand Section Design:
Work on the development and optimization of the baseband and RF frontend sections of XBand High Datarate Transmitter modules.
Apply microwave technology to design highperformance transmitter systems.
3. System Integration and Testing:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams for system integration and testing of RF designs.
Perform simulations and testing to verify the performance of RF and microwave circuits.
4. Documentation & Support:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of designs tests and technical findings.
Provide technical support during the development and production phases.
Required Skill Set:
RF Circuit Design: Strong knowledge of RF design principles and techniques.
Power Amplifier Design: Expertise in designing highefficiency power amplifiers for microwave frequencies.
Microwave Technology: Proficient in designing and developing microwave circuits.
Simulation Tools: Experience with RF simulation tools like ADS HFSS or similar.
ProblemSolving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize designs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (B.E ECE).
Previous experience in XBand transmitter design is a plus.
Ability to work independently and within a team demonstrating a proactive approach to RF design challenges.
