Job Description
Job Title: 3PL Dispatch Coordinator
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in 3PL dispatch
Shift Timings: 5:30 PM 2:30 AM
Cab Facility: Provided
Key Responsibilities:
- Load Booking and Carrier Onboarding:
- Manage the entire process of load booking from receiving orders to confirming bookings.
- Onboard new carriers and maintain a robust carrier network.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers to ensure costeffective transportation solutions.
- 3PL Dispatch Operations:
- Oversee the dispatch of shipments ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Monitor and track shipments resolving any issues that may arise during transit.
- Coordinate with carriers clients and internal teams to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
- Invoicing and Billing:
- Handle invoicing and billing processes ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Reconcile invoices with dispatch records and address any discrepancies.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure smooth payment processes.
- Terminology and Compliance:
- Possess thorough knowledge of dispatchrelated terminologies and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as the main point of contact for carriers and clients during the dispatch process.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on shipment status and any potential delays.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address any operational challenges.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in 3PL dispatch operations.
- Load Booking Expertise: Proven handson experience in load booking and onboarding new carriers.
- Billing Knowledge: Experience in handling invoicing and billing related to dispatch operations.
- Industry Terminology: Strong understanding of basic dispatch terminologies and practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work the specified shift timings (5:30 PM 2:30 AM).
