Job Description
- Design develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform specifically focusing on the ITOM suite.
- Lead the implementation of the Event Management module to enhance monitoring and alerting capabilities.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Integrate ServiceNow with various thirdparty tools and systems to streamline operations and enhance functionality.
- Conduct system testing and ensure quality assurance for all developed solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations integrations and workflows.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on ITOM specifically in the Event Management module.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with thirdparty tools and applications.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript HTML and CSS.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and methodologies.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- ServiceNow certification(s) (e.g. Certified Application Developer ITOM Certification) is a plus.
- Experience with other ServiceNow modules (e.g. Incident Management Change Management) is an advantage.
