**Job Summary:**
We are hiring for an experienced **Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)** to join our clients team at a leading facility management company. The HRBP will play a pivotal role in managing the **employee life cycle** from seamless onboarding to ensuring payroll compliance attendance and performance management processes are executed efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in manpowerdriven industries and be capable of handling small teams working closely with business managers and communicating with key stakeholders at the Head Office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Oversee the **entire employee life cycle** including recruitment onboarding training development and exit processes.
Ensure **smooth onboarding** for new hires integrating them effectively into the organization.
Manage **payroll** operations ensuring timely and accurate disbursement and resolving payroll queries.
Handle **statutory compliance** (PF ESI gratuity labor laws) and ensure compliance with all government regulations.
Oversee the **attendance management system** ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Lead the **performance management process** including performance appraisals goal setting and development plans.
Collaborate with department heads and key business managers at the Head Office to understand staffing needs and ensure smooth HR operations.
Provide **HR guidance and support** to employees and managers on policy interpretation conflict resolution and performance improvement.
Lead **employee engagement initiatives** to promote a positive work environment and retain top talent.
Work on **HR analytics** monitoring key HR metrics to drive strategic decisions.
Manage a **small HR team** providing mentorship and support to ensure operational excellence.
**Qualifications & Experience:**
Bachelor s degree in **Human Resources Business Administration** or a related field.
Minimum of **5 years of HR experience** specifically in manpowerdriven industries like facility management construction or security services.
Proven experience managing the **employee life cycle** including payroll compliance and performance management.
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior management.
Prior experience leading and developing **small teams**.
Strong knowledge of **labor laws and compliance** requirements in India.
Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in **HRIS systems** and other HRrelated software tools.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Experience working in a **multilocation** facility management setup.
Familiarity with **employee engagement** programs and retention strategies.
