Job Brief:
This is a Role for an extroverted software tester with great written & oral communication or a product support executive. Any one well versed with any transport management applications such as Routematic/ Moveinsync etc will be looked upon favourably. Work would be in shifts 6am to 3 pm first shift / 11am to 8pm second shift.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
- Learn the product well and providing timely & accurate assistance to users
- Understand user/product lifecycle and proactively intimate users to take action
- Collect and update data and configurations into the product.
- Generate business intelligence from the product when required.
KPIs
- Volume of users managed/supported effectively
- Quality of support provided
PreRequisites:
- Exceptional comfort with excel and managing/ manipulating data
- Exceptional quality of communication (clarity proactiveness & closedloop communication) on both oral and written channels.
- Product company background as a software tester/ customer support executive.
- Flair for understanding user needs and how technology works.
- Proven ability to follow process and
- organised/structured approach to work
- Minimum 1 year of work experience.
Qualifications
- ECTC range :upto 21k/m (1yrs)
- Max Hike 30%
- Notice period :Joining at the Earliest.
- Shift timing: 6am to 3 pm first shift / 11 am to 8pm second shift.
- Total experience: 1 years
- Relevant experience: transport management
- Skill 1: oral & written communication
- Skill 2: Excel experience.
- Will 1: to work from the office and change shifts in case of emergency.
- Will 2: to sign an agreement to work for 2 years & submit originals
