Job Description
Projects the polished professional image all the time Fluent in English
Communication is clear and expressive in terms of speaking and writing
Basic Knowledge of Computers like Words Excel PowerPoint
Follows up on all prospects by using established sales systems
Complete all formalities of a member that joins / transfers / renews his membership
Makes courtesy calls to all new members once a month to maintain relationships and ensure the members are regular in using the Club
Enter Guest courtesy forms in the software
Make weekly reports
Actively participates in promotional activities both indoor and outdoor
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls from international customers providing timely and accurate assistance.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries complaints and requests in a professional manner ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues providing effective solutions and escalating complex cases to senior team members when necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product and service information to effectively address customer needs.
- Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively ensuring a positive and professional tone in all interactions.
