Responsibilities:
Salary : Based on interview
1. Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across
various platforms including but not limited to Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn You Tube and
TikTok.
2. Create and curate engaging content including text images videos and graphics tailored to each
social media platform and target audience.
3. Monitor social media channels for trends news and conversations relevant to our industry and
brand and actively participate in conversations to foster engagement.
4. Manage social media accounts including scheduling posts responding to comments and
messages and maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone.
5. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing content and design to align social
media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and campaigns.
6. Analyze social media performance metrics such as reach engagement and conversion rates and
use insights to optimize strategies and content.
7. Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing including
algorithm changes platform s and emerging technologies.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with influencers partners and brand advocates to amplify our
social media presence and reach new audiences.
Education/Experience
Requirements:
& bull Bachelor s degree in marketing communications or a related field.
& bull Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing
successful social media campaigns and content.
& bull Indepth knowledge of social media platforms their features and best practices including but not
limited to Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn and TikTok.
& bull Ability to create content using Adobe suite or platforms like Invideo.
& bull Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content and
engage with diverse audiences.
& bull Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms such as Hootsuite Sprout
Social Buffer Google Analytics or similar.
& bull Creative thinking and problemsolving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and
navigate ambiguity.
& bull Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and
deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
& bull 2 years experience with paid social media advertising including campaign setup optimization and
performance tracking.
& bull Knowledge of SEO principles and their application to social media content.
& bull Experience with graphic design tools video editing software or other multimedia creation tools.
& bull Certification in social media marketing or related fields (e.g. Facebook Blueprint).
