Clinical Dietitian

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients to evaluate dietary needs based on health conditions medical history and lifestyle factors.
• Oversee and implement physicianprescribed diets and nutritional supplements to ensure patients receive appropriate nutritional therapy tailored to their medical conditions.
• Provide ongoing education to patients families and caregivers on dietary requirements nutrition plans and the importance of proper nutrition in managing and improving health conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals including doctors nurses and other care team members to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to patient care particularly for complex cases requiring specialized diets.
• Monitor and track patient progress regularly adjusting nutrition plans as needed based on improvements setbacks or changes in health status.
• Develop individualized care plans for patients with specific dietary needs such as diabetes renal issues and heart disease ensuring compliance with dietary restrictions.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to provide input on the nutritional aspect of patient care and discuss potential adjustments to treatment plans.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in dietetics and nutrition to offer evidencebased advice and innovative solutions to patient care.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing dietary practices and maintain accurate uptodate records for all patients.

1. Bachelors degree in Dietetics Nutrition or a related field.
2. Registered by the Commission of Dietetic Registration or eligible.
3. Licensed Dietitian as required per state regulations (Georgia).
