The Clinical Dietitian manages the nutritional care of both inpatients and outpatients. This includes conducting nutritional assessments overseeing physician orders for therapeutic diets and supplements and delivering nutrition education to patients and their families. Additionally the Clinical Dietitian participates in patient rounds and ensures adherence to clinical nutrition policies.
