Overview:
The Program Manager plays a critical role in planning executing and delivering programs within an organization. As a key leader the Program Manager ensures that programs align with the organizations strategic objectives and are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. They oversee a diverse portfolio of programs driving operational excellence and fostering collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program management standards processes and tools
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers
- Oversee the planning and closure of multiple programs simultaneously
- Monitor program performance and track key metrics to ensure goals are met
- Identify and mitigate program risks and issues

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
- Proven experience in program management with a track record of successfully delivering complex programs
