Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Pardot Consultant with 48 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Pardot and Salesforce with proven experience in implementing and configuring Pardot solutions as well as working with the Salesforce Connector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pardot Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Pardot ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce using the Salesforce Connector.
- Automated Campaigns: Design implement and monitor automated campaigns across email and web channels to drive engagement and conversion.
- Marketing KPIs: Analyze and report on marketing KPIs focusing on email marketing performance and conversion metrics.
- Salesforce Features: Set up and manage Salesforce features such as Engagement History Campaign Influence B2B Marketing Analytics and the draganddrop email builder.
- Lead Qualification: Manage the Pardot lead qualification process including grading and scoring to optimize lead nurturing and conversion.
- Engagement Studio: Utilize Engagement Studio to set up and maintain effective lead nurturing programs.
- Pardot Administration: Administer the Pardot ecosystem ensuring best practices are followed and new features are effectively utilized.
- HTML/CSS: Use HTML and CSS to create and customize landing pages forms and email templates within Pardot.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud: A working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is a plus as well as experience with technology architecture and development.
Required Qualifications:
- Pardot Expertise: At least 3 years of handson experience with Pardot including at least three successful Pardot implementations.
- Salesforce Experience: At least 2 years of experience in delivering Salesforce marketing automation projects with experience using Sales Cloud APEX and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Certifications: Certified Pardot Consultant (Pardot Specialist certification is a plus).
- Pardot API: Experience using the Pardot API to integrate thirdparty systems.
- Marketing Automation: Familiarity with other marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud is desirable.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of LWC and REST APIs.
Good to Have Skills:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC): Working knowledge of SFMC is an advantage.
- Pardot Specialist Certification: Having this additional certification is beneficial.
- HTML/CSS: Proficiency in these for creating customized content in Pardot.
