Job Description


Position: Inbound Sales Representative (Portuguese/English Speakers)
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Employment Type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Competitive base salary performancebased commissions



We are seeking a bilingual Inbound Sales Representative fluent in both Portuguese and English to join our team in Lisbon. In this role you will manage inbound leads address client needs and convert inquiries into sales. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who excels in customer service and has a passion for achieving results in a dynamic fastpaced environment.



Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound inquiries from Portuguese and Englishspeaking clients via phone email and live chat.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to close deals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and longterm loyalty.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company s revenue growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts.
Stay informed about the company s products services and market trends.
Accurately track sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Actively collect and share client feedback to help improve the sales process.


What We re Looking For:

Proven experience in inbound sales preferably within B2B or B2C environments.
Fluent in both Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
Strong communication negotiation and customer relationshipbuilding skills.
Resultsdriven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Experience using CRM systems for tracking sales activities.
Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment with excellent organizational skills.
Selfmotivated with a strong customer service orientation.
Experience in the Lisbon market or similar industries is a plus.
