Job Description

Position: Business Development Executive (Farsi Speakers)
Location: Remote Azerbaijan
Employment Type: Service Agreement / B2B
Remuneration: Base salary commissions


We are looking for a motivated **Business Development Executive who is fluent in Farsi to join our team remotely from Azerbaijan. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced clientfacing environment and has experience in the FX iGaming financial or FinTech sectors. You will be responsible for generating new business maintaining client relationships and identifying growth opportunities. If you are passionate about sales and business development we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients via phone email and live chat to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Promote and sell products and services by identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions.
Assist clients with account setup ensuring all required documentation (KYC) is completed efficiently.
Strengthen client relationships by providing ongoing support and reinforcing our brand identity.
Track client activities and market conditions offering insights and assistance when necessary.
Resolve client queries related to accounts funding and withdrawals.
Identify and act on new business opportunities by understanding client needs.
Keep the CRM database updated with all client interactions and follow up with inactive clients to drive engagement.
Report issues to management and collaborate with the team to find effective solutions.

Requirements:

Native/fluent in Farsi both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
Previous experience in a similar role within the FX iGaming financial or FinTech industries.
Presettled in Azerbaijan and able to work under a Service Agreement.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office apps.
Ability to work under pressure adapt to constant challenges and meet deadlines.
A team player with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to travel for business needs as required.
