Job Description: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of handson experience in sourcing recruiting and onboarding top talent across a variety of roles. You will play a critical role in identifying candidates who align with our organizational values and longterm goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job postings.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking events.
Screen resumes and applications conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Manage fullcycle recruitment including sourcing interviewing scheduling and offer negotiations.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Stay uptodate on recruitment trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business or related field (preferred).
2 years of experience in talent acquisition with handson experience in sourcing and recruitment.
Familiarity with various ATS and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Indeed etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
