Overview:
The HR Executive plays a pivotal role in the human resources department contributing to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing HR functions. They are responsible for implementing HR initiatives policies and programs that align with the companys strategic objectives and foster a positive organizational culture. The HR Executive serves as a crucial link between management and employees ensuring smooth communication resolving conflicts and promoting employee engagement and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
- Administer and monitor HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance on conflict resolution
- Conduct performance management and review processes
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives
- Participate in the of training and development programs
- Handle employee data management and analysis
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
- Support in the of workplace health and safety initiatives
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of employee engagement activities
- Assist in HR compliance and legal requirements
- Collaborate in the establishment of HR strategies and objectives
- Conduct HRrelated research and analysis to support decisionmaking
- Provide support in HR reporting and recordkeeping
- Participate in HR audits and process improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Demonstrated experience in HR roles or related positions
- Familiarity with HR policies procedures and labor laws
- Strong knowledge of performance management processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Understanding of diversity equity and inclusion principles
- Certification in HR management or related field (e.g. SHRMCP PHR)
- Experience in conflict resolution and employee relations
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting techniques
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting
