We are hiring for State Head Channel Sales for our Building Material Industry who they are in ACP Industry
Responsibilities
Visiting potential customers Architects Builders Contractors & Facade Consultants Fabricators PMC etc.
Maintain a Daily MIS report along with other weekly site review and sales n collection reports to track the Business activities Prepare action plans and schedules to achieve specific targets from Target Industries.
Ensuring timely collection of payments Develop plan to achieve monthly target with Area Sales Manager and set daily / weekly /monthly targets for his team.
Market Expansion/ New Markets: Developing new markets new channel and new areas of business growth looking for business opportunities with the channel partners for more extraction and addressability.
Experience of Primary & Secondary Sales.
Executing business strategy and concepts.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
Handling Team and selfmotivated
Preferred candidate from ACP Industry/ Glass/ Plywood/ Sanitary/ Tiles/ Paint/ Cement/ Window/Doors/ Glazing/ Building Material Industries
Good knowledge of Local & nearby Market.
Must have good knowledge and application of MS office ( Excel / PPT/ Word)

Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing with Dealer Project Sales in ACP Building Material or Similar Industry along with team handling.
- The candidate needs to have Good Communication Skills Preferably in Local Language (Tamil English Hindi).
