Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management:
- Manage payroll processing using payroll software.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll calculations and disbursements.
- Onboarding and Induction:
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Prepare onboarding materials and conduct induction sessions.
- Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and provide support as needed.
- Grievance Handling:
- Address employee grievances promptly and professionally.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on HR policies.
- Exit Formalities:
- Manage the exit process for departing employees.
- Ensure completion of all exit documentation and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Proficiency in payroll software and HR management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
