Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling and emailing.
Present our recruitment services to prospects and explain how we can meet their hiring needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide feedback to management regarding client needs and market conditions.
Experienced with Hubspot Should manage the entire lead funnel from prospecting to closing automate outreach tasks segment leads track pipeline performance and create custom dashboards to monitor key metrics and sales goals efficiently.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales specifically in cold calling and outreach.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in recruitment services or staffing industry preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
