As we continue to grow we are seeking a dedicated and resourceful HR Recruiter to join our HR team and help us attract top talent for our dynamic company.

Role Overview:

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the fullcycle recruitment process from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding new employees. This role requires excellent communication skills a proactive approach to sourcing talent and a deep understanding of the hiring process. The HR Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring that Native Engineering hires skilled and qualified individuals who align with our company culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across various technical and nontechnical roles.
Sourcing & Screening: Use various channels (job boards social media networking) to source candidates and perform initial screenings to assess qualifications and fit.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews manage communications with candidates and provide timely feedback throughout the process.
Job Posting & Advertising: Draft compelling job descriptions and post vacancies on relevant platforms to attract top talent.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and ensure recruitment processes align with business needs.
Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process ensuring new hires are wellintegrated into the company and receive a smooth transition.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Data Management: Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activity.
Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics providing insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.
Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives to promote Native Engineering as an employer of choice.
