Min 3 years experience in Documentum/DITA XML Component Content Management System
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve user tickets assigned through Service Now ticketing system.
Assist Tech Writers to complete their task in case of any system issues.
Engage with IT team and vendor to investigate system issues wherever needed.
Communicate to Business as needed about system outages and maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot document conversion and publishing issues in DITA Open Toolkit.
Generate and share custom reports requested by the stakeholders.
Qualifications:
B.E/B.Tech/MCA with 5 years of experience in IT industry.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Documentum/DITA XML Component Content Management System. Ability to interface with global teams.
Must be open to travel when needed.
