ServiceNow Technical Specialist for HRSD/WSD ITOM ITSM and SPM Candidates must reside in NC preferably within commuting distance to Raleigh.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing developing and implementing ServiceNow applications and solutions. You will be responsible for customizing and configuring the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs as well as providing ongoing support and maintenance
Requirements
Design and Development: Create and manage ServiceNow applications and modules including form design workflow creation and custom scripting.
Configuration: Customize ServiceNow modules and applications to fit the specific needs of the business including incident management change management problem management and more.
Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems or platforms using web services APIs or other integration tools.
Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve issues with the ServiceNow platform including debugging and troubleshooting problems with scripts workflows or integrations.
Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations customizations and integrations.
Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts project managers and endusers to understand requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
Best Practices: Implement best practices for ServiceNow development and administration including coding standards testing procedures and change management processes.
Upgrades and Maintenance: Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
