Job Description

MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS RESOURCE ATTORNEY: 4TH6TH YEAR

LOCATION: PALO ALTO

SALARY: $310000 to $390000

Job Description:

We have opportunities available for attorneys with 46 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions. Ideal candidates will have strong M&A skills including experience with drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents managing deal process and client relationships supervising junior associates and handling daytoday demands and work flow requirements on a variety of M&A related matters for clients with sophisticated needs. High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school required. EOE.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $310000 $390000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
