Job Description
- Manage and lead a team of real estate acquisition team members.
- Provide mentorship guidance and training.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team and individuals and ensure these are met or exceeded through tracked KPI s.
- Foster a collaborative and highperformance team culture.
- Develop and implement strategies for identifying and acquiring real estate properties.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition opportunities.
- Evaluate investment opportunities based on financial analysis market trends and risk assessment.
- Lead negotiations with property owners brokers and other stakeholders.
- Structure deals to optimize financial returns while minimizing risks.
- Coordinate due diligence activities to ensure thorough evaluation of potential acquisitions.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners brokers investors and other key stakeholders.
- Represent the company professionally and ethically in all interactions.
- Prepare and present acquisition proposals reports and updates to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to acquisitions and transactions.
