1. Talent acquisition & Employee onboarding Induction Orientation & Training

5. The role is based in Ahmedabad and requires an onsite presence

Education/Experience

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
• 4 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on Modern Trade or Retail industry
• Strong knowledge of HR concepts practices and regulations
• Experience in talent acquisition onboarding training and development performance management employee relations and compliance
• Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and good judgment
