Company is an awardwinning F&B company based out of Bangalore which operates 40 outlets across 15 cities in India currently! The brand is parent to multiple restaurant brands which operate through different models across the country! Currently the company is looking forward to developing its franchise network across India and South East Asia and hence looking for business development executives to join our team. The job location will be based out of Bangalore and is a work from office role! The candidates will work closely with the founders of the company and this will give them an experience that would be enriching for their careers!
The roles and responsibilities will be as follows:
- Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees providing guidance and support on operational matters.
- Develop and implement operational procedures guidelines and best practices to enhance franchise performance.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategies to optimize franchise operations and drive growth.
- Analyze franchise performance metrics and implement action plans to address performance gaps and enhance profitability.
- Design and deliver training programs for new and existing franchisees on operational procedures customer service and company policies.
- Create and update training materials to reflect changes in operational procedures and industry best practices.
- Support franchise recruitment efforts by providing operational insights and assisting in the evaluation of potential franchisees.
- Work with the franchise development team to ensure new franchises are set up for success from an operational standpoint.
- Manage franchisee relationships resolve conflicts and ensure timely communication
and reporting of key business metrics.
- Stay uptodate on industry trends best practices and competitive landscape to
continuously improve the franchise program.
Desired skills/prerequisites:
- Strong understanding of franchise operations business management and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with franchisees and internal teams.
- Proficiency in operational analysis problemsolving and strategic planning.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- 12 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Ability to travel & attend franchise shows.
- Must be able to speak passionately and knowledgeably about the brand and the business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (Hindi and English Mandatory)
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in franchise operations within the food and beverage industry with a demonstrated track record of managing and optimizing franchise performance.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications in franchise management are a plus.
