Job Title: HR Generalist (Consultant role)

Payroll Company: Osheanire
Location: Bengaluru Hybrid (1 day/week at MG Road office)
Work Model: Hybrid: 1 day inoffice (MG Road) and 4 days remote
Salary: 3.5 LPA 4.2 LPA
Experience: 2 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage endtoend hiring processes and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Employee Records & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee data and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Payroll & Benefits: Assist in payroll processing and administer employee benefits (PF ESIC health insurance).
- Attendance & Leave Management: Oversee attendance systems and handle employee leave queries.
- Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisals and probation tracking.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement activities and address employee grievances.
- Training & Development: Plan and training programs and provide feedback.
- Employee Lifecycle: Manage entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in HR or related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or Operations roles.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
