Ability to resolve issues reported based on product knowledge and a good sense of the business process in question.
Certification in and exposure to any one other module from the following required Employee Central Compensation Management & Variable Pay Performance & Goals Management Workforce Analytics
Exposure to Crossfunctional integration processes within SuccessFactors and to third party systems such as SAP ECC or any nonSAP system
Experience in configuration testing preparing test documents with business scenarios and communication with business for providing solution
Domain knowledge on hitech and consulting business sectors would be an added advantage
Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident/change/problem) and Application life cycle management
Experience of working in geographically diversified teams preferred
Good communication in English verbal and written for all locations
Good communication in Spanish (for MX based resource) and in Portuguese ( for BR based resource) verbal and written
For Lead / Manager level consultants and all Support consultants
Document the knowledge from transition/system study and play back the understanding
Resolve production issues reported by business users within predefined SLA
Document recommended solution for recurring issues
Gather business requirements for enhancements
Suggest solution / workarounds in the application
Coordinate with Business users / vendors / other partners / customer to identify & analyze application issues and suggest remedies
