Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the academy

- Oversee the recruitment training and evaluation of teaching staff

- Collaborate with faculty and staff to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards

Required Qualifications:
