Job Description

Dear Candidate

Job posting at Paras Health Care Ltd.
Position: Senior Manager Hospital Operations
Experience Required Minimum 10 Years of Experience
Salary Range As Per Market Standard

Specific Responsibilities
1. To lead direct & supervise the delivery of services of above mentioned departments in the hospital
2. Develop/Revise and ensure implementation of various policies protocols and SOP s specific to above mentioned areas.
3. Determines recommends control and monitor the departmental budgets.
4. Identify requisite registrations with government authorities; get registration & timely renewals done. Also ensures compliance with the same.
5. Ensure maximum utilization of resources & cost control without compromising quality in order to increase operating margins.
6. Determine manpower material & infrastructure requirement for above mentioned departments in consultation with respective HODs & ensure their availability for smooth functioning of the department.
7. Ensure all the equipments in all the departments are fully functional at all the times.
8. Assess the need for additional staff equipment and services depending on the workload & business projection.
9. Invite vendors for outsourced services (F&B Security & Transport Housekeeping and Maintenance) negotiate with them communicate terms & conditions & finalise the contract.
10. Responsible for timely renewal of contacts with vendors for respective services.
11. Monitors performance & service delivery by outside suppliers service providers leasing agents and others are as per contract/agreement.
12. Ensure these vendors comply with all the government rules & regulations applicable on the hospital.
13. Regular meeting with vendors to resolve their issues communicate them the issues faced by the hospital and also update them about their performance.
14. Regular meeting with contractual employees to discuss and resolve issues/ conflict or their requirements aimed to secure cooperation and mutual confidence thereby creating congenial work environment.
15. Oversee functioning of Dietetics and F&B to ensure quality food is served as per patient s needs & hospital service standards to attain maximum customer satisfaction.
16. To coordinate with outsourced shops & Cafeteria for their requirements & issues resolve them and ensure they deliver as per hospital service standards.
17. Ensure compliance with safety standards Infection Control measures & Bio Medical Waste Management protocols by respective departments.
18. Develop performance indicators for the team members and monitor their performance against indicators.
19. Regularly review individual and team performance against objectives and providing feedback through 1:1 or team meetings.
20. Review results of audit and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions against identified gaps.
21. Maximize customer satisfaction (internal as well as external) by developing cordial work environment with other departments and maintaining timely delivery of services. Also revise policies based on customer feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
22. Design internal reporting formats in close coordination with the respective HODs.
23. Gather reports from various departments and conducts data/Variance analysis and to support planning risk management need assessment for additional resources.
24. Ensure Training & Development of people employed in your area of responsibility.
25. Recommend & implement ways to ensure retention of the high potential/performing employees and reduce overtime.
