We empower healthcare providers with advanced technology and human expertise revolutionizing a patients experience. Our propriety software and related technologies ensure HIPAA compliancy with cloud access. We have established HIPAAcompliant Clinicus an artificial intelligence (AI) bot that monitors patients 24/7 and ensures fast response in their care management program. Clinicas watches each patients vitals and alerts our licensed team when a patients program progress or vitals are varying. Our team will then quickly contact the patient to discuss the change. If needed we will schedule a physicians appointment.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team . The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting principles advanced financial management skills and the ability to provide strategic financial guidance. The Senior Accountant will oversee complex financial operations ensure compliance with regulations and contribute to the financial strategy of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts & Records Maintainence:Oversee the accurate recording of all financial transactions in the general ledger and related accounts.Oversee the accurate recording of all financial transactions in the general ledger and related accounts.Oversee the accurate recording of all financial transactions in the general ledger and related accounts.Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements general ledger accounts and subsidiary ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
. Process Improvement:
- Evaluate and enhance accounts payable processes to improve efficiency accuracy and control.
- Identify and implement automation tools and best practices to streamline accounts payable operations.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for accounts payable processes.
Compliance and Internal Controls:
- Ensure adherence to internal controls accounting standards and regulatory requirements related to accounts payable.
- Conduct regular audits of accounts payable transactions and processes to ensure compliance and address any potential issues.
- Assist with internal and external audits providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
Vendor Relationship Management:
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with vendors addressing inquiries resolving issues and negotiating payment terms.
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors managing vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:
- Work closely with procurement legal and other departments to resolve any accounts payablerelated issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members and collaborate with other finance staff to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; CA/CPA or other relevant certifications are preferred.
- Minimum of 58years of experience in accounts payable
- Strong understanding of accounting principles financial analysis and internal controls.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (Quickbooks salesforce netsuite (good to have)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis techniques.
- Exceptional analytical organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with accounts payable automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of financial practices is a plus.
- Experience in a highgrowth or technologyfocused company is advantageous.
